The expert revealed how drivers can save 10p per litre when filling up their car if they shop at Sainsbury’s.
Martin said: “Till Tuesday 7 May, spend £60 or more on groceries in one transaction in-store or online at Sainsbury's and you'll get a voucher for 10p per litre off petrol or diesel to use at its own forecourt – great if you were planning on spending £60 or more there anyway.
He explained shoppers can save even more money if they are going to do a big shop and split this trip in two.
“If you’re spending £120 or more, split your shopping into two, to get two vouchers,” he said.
“Though remember Sainsbury’s may not be your cheapest local forecourt so check first.
