Kym Marsh, 42, who is best known for playing Michelle Connor on Coronation Street, confirmed her daughter has given birth to a baby boy. The overjoyed actress shared the happy news with her 187,000 Instagram followers this afternoon with a sweet photo of the newborn’s tiny hand. She captioned the post: “Last night was a night I will never forget. I became a “Loli” for the first time!!! “My beautiful daughter was an absolute warrior and her partner and I were the best birthing team we could be!!!”
The soap star then told followers about her role in Emilie’s birthing room, as she continued: “I was so honoured to have been a part of bringing him into the world.
“My beautiful grandson, I love you I will always love you and I promise to help guide you through life as best I can.”
Kym, who revealed she wishes to be referred to as “Loli” rather than “Grandma” earlier this year, added: “Welcome to the world 'Baby Hoz' #name to follow.”
Emilie also posted her own tribute to her new baby in view of her 17,000 Instagram followers, alongside an additional picture of her partner Mikey Hoz with a baby carrier in hand.
She wrote: “Welcome to the world my precious baby boy. You have filled a space in my heart that I never even knew was there, and you’ve managed to take over the whole of it.”
“I’ve never felt a love like it. My life is complete, thanks to you. - Mummy.”
