Fans of the hugely-popular Game of Thrones were left utterly stunned when the twisted and villainous Cersei Lannister (played by Lena Headey) forced The Mountain (Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson) to kill Missandei (Nathalie Emmanuel).

After the spectacular events of the mammoth third episode - The Long Night - which saw the long-awaited Battle of Winterfell, many suspected the fourth instalment couldn’t be anywhere near as shocking or controversial.

Months went by with fans sharing their theories about Jaime Lannister (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau) killing his sister and lover Cersei eventually, or guessing it would be the Stark siblings getting their ultimate revenge on the HBO show.
