The Chase star Mark Labbett, 53, was left unimpressed by a viewer who called him “snide” when he highlighted Paul Sinha’s results from his worst round. After an episode last month, a Twitter user commented on Mark’s performance in the final round. They wrote: “Has The Beast just had the worst final Chase by a Chaser ever? #TheChase.” Mark’s co-star Anne Hegerty, 60, replied highlighting she has had a worse final round than Mark.
So answering a question is snide?

“Nope. I once lost 7-20,” she replied.
Mark also responded claiming their co-star Paul, 48, has had the “record” worst final round.
“Record is Shaun losing 24-7 iirc,”(sic) Mark replied in view of his 110,000 followers.
One user reacted to Mark’s reply, insisting his response was “snide”.
They wrote: “Got that one in quick Mark, snide, haha.”
