The announcement meant that the scores of fans who had placed their bets on the tot being called James, Alexander, Arthur or Oliver lost their money. But while royal baby watchers had been in a frenzy for months trying to figure out if Harry and Meghan would opt for a traditional or a modern name, it seems everyone missed the biggest clue of all which came from George. The unnamed woman said the trio were accompanied by a royal protection officer who asked her not to take a photo. And when George made a beeline for her dog and began to stroke it she decided to strike up a conversation with the third in line to the throne. She told the Sun: “Just to be friendly I engaged in a bit of small talk and I asked George what his name was, even though obviously I knew.
