Grand Designs The Street followed a UK first as as Bicester council, just 14 miles from Oxford, sold plots of land to the general public for around £100k each.
These Britons were then able to build their dream homes on the land.
Tonight two new builders will attempt to build their dream house on a plot of land.
Pauline, 55, and Godfrey, 62, hope to build a modular house on the Channel 4 programme.
