Nigel Farage and Amber Rudd argued on BBC Question Time last night over the Brexit delay (Image: BBC)
The Brexit party leader hit out at the Work and Pensions Secretary for not delivering the referendum. Their argument was sparked by an audience member questioning whether Labour and the Conservatives should be worried about the Brexit Party. Ms Rudd quickly hit out at the party for being “wrong”.
Ms Rudd said: “The Brexit Party is about one thing just as Ukip was about one thing and they have one thing.
“To every complex question there is a simple, straightforward and wrong answer.”
Mr Farage interrupted her point and told her to deliver on the referendum.
He said: “No it’s not complex. Deliver on the referendum, Amber. Stop lying to people. Stop conning people. We want to leave. That’s what we voted for.
