Jamie Redknapp, 45, took to Instagram to share a picture of himself alongside BAFTA TV Awards 2019 nominee Keeley Hawes, 43, who starred as the home secretary Julia Montague. The actress appeared alongside Richard Madden, 32, who portrayed her bodyguard David Budd.Jamie caught up with Keeley on the red carpet and shared a picture of the pair to his Instagram story in view of his one million followers. The football pundit couldn’t resist making a light-hearted remark about her on-screen sidekick Richard.

He commented: “Auditioning for new the bodyguard, gotta be better than the other fella.”(sic)

Elsewhere at last night’s ceremony, Jamie shared a picture with his BAFTA gong for hit show A League Of Their Own, who won in the category for best comedy entertainment programme.
