Louise (played by Tilly Keeper) discovered she was pregnant on EastEnders last week, telling Keanu (Danny Walters) she had lied to him about the bay after she overheard a conversation between the young mechanic and her father, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden).
Distraught about the prospect of becoming a mother, Louise asked her step-mother Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean) to accompany her to the abortion clinic during tonight’s edition of the BBC soap, believing she was making the right decision.
Before going to the clinic, Louise bumped into Lola (Danielle Harold) in the Square with her young daughter Lexi, before asking the young mother for a coffee.
As Louise asked Lola about her experiences of becoming a mother as a teenager, the youngster clicked Phil’s daughter was expecting a child and doubting whether she should terminate the pregnancy, telling Louise she wouldn’t change being a mother so young.

Confiding in Sharon about her fears, Louise discovered her step-mother had been through the abortion process herself with the teenager’s uncle, Grant Mitchell (Ross Kemp) before the youngster then went to see the nurse by herself.
It wasn’t until the very end of the episode Louise’s decision was revealed as she bumped into Lola again, visibly upset as she’d just seen Keanu.
Although Louise never revealed to Lola she was pregnant, the young mother had put the pieces of the puzzle together and assuming the worst, Lola asked the teenager: “You’ve done it ain’t ya?” believing the abortion was the reason she was upset.
However, Louise then said: “Lola, promise me you won’t tell anyone,” and with the young mother in agreement, the teenager confessed: “I couldn’t do it. I’m still pregnant,” with the end credits rolling leaving viewers to ponder whether anyone else will discover Louise’s secret.
As is the norm in the world of soaps, secrets don’t stay so secret for long therefore, it won’t be long before Keanu, Phil and the rest of the Mitchell clan discover the truth.
