Emilia Clarke is known for playing Daenerys Targaryen in HBO’s fantasy epic Game of Thrones. Emilia, 32, has starred in the TV series since its very first episode in 2011. Now eight seasons later Game of Thrones is coming to an end, with the final episode airing on Sunday, May 19 for the US and Monday, May 20 in the UK.
In between seasons of Game of Thrones, Emilia has also starred in Hollywood films and on Broadway.
She starred as Holly Golightly in a production of Breakfast at Tiffany’s in 2013 at the Cort Theatre, directed by Sean Mathias.
Emilia also starred as Sarah Connor in Terminator Genisys in 2015, and Louisa Clarke in Me Before You in 2016.
Most recently Emilia has portrayed Qi’ra in the Star Wars anthology film, Solo: A Star Wars Story in 2018.
