BBC Radio 5 Live host Rachel Burden was left entirely red-faced this morning as she slipped up live on air.

She, along with her colleague Nicky Campbell, were discussing the National Probation Service and its decision to supervise all offenders in England and Wales this morning.

But she went on to inadvertently let a phrase slip out in the midst of her conversation.

Speaking to home affairs correspondent Danny Shaw on the show this morning, she explained: “Chris Grayling seems to have been in charge of various departmental gaffes, f**k ups, mismanagement, controversies, and yet he’s still there in cabinet.”
