Tonight’s instalment of EastEnders saw Billy (played by Perry Fenwick) confront Phil (Steve McFadden) about his son Ben’s (Max Bowden) suspicious behaviour since her returned to Albert Square.
Ben was furious to see Billy meddling in his business and it’s clear he is worried Phil will work out his plan to take him down.
Furthermore, it’s clearly Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) has betrayed Ben as she was the one who informed Billy of his plan.
Billy wants Ben to keep Lola and their daughter Lexi out of his dodgy dealings but he isn’t keen on taking the advice.
And it seems Ben will stop at nothing to keep Billy quiet and out of his business as he was seen meeting with a hitman in a dark alley at the end of the episode.
Could the long-running BBC soap be about to see loveable rogue Billy murdered?
It certainly looks as though Billy will be badly injured in an upcoming scenes and if he remembers anything, it’s likely he will blame Ben for the attack.
Furthermore, if Billy were to die, Phil would no doubt become more suspicious of his son after seeing Ben and Billy at odds with one another.
How far will Ben go to take down his father and take over the Mitchell business?
