The Rain season three could be coming to Netflix in the future following the second series’ gripping finale. The finale to The Rain season two left a number of unanswered questions surrounding the likes of Rasmus (played by Lucas Lynggaard Tønnesen) and Sarah (Clara Rosager) needing solving in another series. Here’s the current renewal status of The Rain on Netflix and whether or not season three has been confirmed.
The Rain is yet to be confirmed for another series by Netflix, although fans needn’t worry.
Netflix tends to wait between a matter of weeks to several months before announcing the renewals of its original content.
Season two was confirmed just weeks after the Netflix Original premiered in May 2018.
If season three follows in the footsteps of the last run, fans can expect confirmation of renewal from Netflix pretty soon.
