Chris told listeners his co-host Rachel Horne was facing a 5kg packing limit for her trip to Monaco. The 53-year-old joked with Rachel and listeners as to how she could increase her limit. He then went on to suggest the BBC wouldn’t allow a topic of conversation.
Speaking on his Virgin Radio Breakfast Show, Chris said: “Lots of love coming in for Rachel.
“Now she has her 5kg packing limit.”
Listeners wrote into Chris and advised Rachel to send her clothes in a parcel.
A message from listener, Michelle, read: “Take what you want to Monaco and DHL the excess kilos. That is an idea, actually."
