Kremlin-backed scientists at futuristic arms firm Techmash are carrying out studies on projectiles for multiple launch rocket systems that will hit targets with electromagnetic pulses. The proposed high-tech weapons sound like they belong in the secret bunker of a James Bond villain.  Electronic warfare is a major element of Moscow’s military organisation and Vladimir Putin's defence chiefs said its efficiency had been highlighted in Russian operations in Syria.
