Samsung recently pushed out an update to its Galaxy S10 devices but users have reported major issues with the latest download.
The Android update was meant to improve the night mode for the Samsung Galaxy S10’s camera and also bring with it various other fixes.
But some Galaxy S10 owners that installed the Samsung update saw multiple issues crop up such as increased battery drain and devices freezing.
The Galaxy S10 patch also resulted in apps not responding and Samsung phones restarting without warning.
The offending update in question, XXU1ASE5, was released last week on the Galaxy S10 but this week was no longer available.
And Samsung fans who ended up downloading the Galaxy S10 patch before it was pulled were left voicing their frustration at the issues online.
In a post on Reddit one user wrote: “S10+ flashed may update, started suffering from freezes and lockups to the point where the phone restarts”.
Another posted: “Absolutely ridiculous that the QA let this through without testing thoroughly”.
