Lucy Fallon had turned heads for all the right reasons as she walked the red carpet at the British Soap Awards 2019 on Saturday. However, the Coronation Street regular wanted to clear up any rumours that she is pregnant the following morning. The Bethany Platt actress spoke out in view of her 421,000 Instagram followers, sharing a story about her supposedly “cradling her baby bump”. Thankfully the ITV favourite, who attended the ceremony with her boyfriend Tom Leech, saw the funny side of the slip up.

The star initially shared a section of text on her stories, which read: “Lucy, 23, chose to tastefully showcase her cleavage in a planning white Grecian-style dress.
“The Bethany Platt star also gently cradled her baby bump as she elegantly struck a pose on the red carpet.”
Lucy then captioned it, amusingly: “I’d like to confirm… not pregnant just KFC x.”
The beauty had opted for a show-stopping white dress for the Manchester event, complete with a saucy, slashed neckline.
