Emmerdale dove into its regular dramatic antics this evening as it introduced a brand new character - much to the dismay of Kim Tate (played by Claire King).
Kim’s son, Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) was horrified this evening when he saw his mother having an argument with his wife, Andrea (Anna Nightingale).
Unbeknownst to Kim, she was arguing with her daughter-in-law and they weren’t getting off on the best foot.
Despite their disagreement, Kim seemed eager to get past the issues and work on building the relationship.
However it didn’t work too well, as the women simply couldn’t get on - even for Jamie’s sake.
As the episode continued, Kim and Andrea simply couldn’t see eye-to-eye, and eventually Jamie, Andrea, and their child Millie decided to go stay in a B and B for a while.
Obviously, it seemed as if this was too much for Kim to handle, as she went into a furious rage about the situation.
