Lisa Riley is an actress and television presenter who has been on screens for over 20-years. During this time, fans have noticed her go through an incredible weight loss transformation and slim down by 12st. As well as losing weight, the actress, from Bury, dropped seven dress sizes and went from a size 28 to a trim size 14. In order to do this, Lisa used portion control and added exercise into her lifestyle.

What did she eat?

When she first lost weight, Lisa made sure to watch her portion sizes and ate out a bowl to help her do this.

She told the Mirror: “I had made myself fat by gorging on bread, crisps, crumpets and red wine.

“Once I accepted responsibility for my health, weight and lifestyle it made it easier to take control. You don’t have to have starter, main and pudding.

“If you are doing that you are eating too much.”

The soap star revealed being honest about what she was eating helped her get in control of her diet and make the right changes.

Since then, she has used her social media accounts to give an insight into how she has kept the weight off.
