Google Maps Street View could well have caused misery for a youngster for years to come after capturing his embarrassing moment as it happened. The child was out on a cycling route when the cameras, plotting out a route, were travelling on the same road. He appeared to be pedalling down a very narrow pavement, before encountering a gated building. The child seemingly tried to swerve around the metal fence, yet the tight angle saw him topple off his bike.
He was left clinging onto the fence in an attempt to stop him falling off completely.
The Street View cameras were, unfortunately for the kid, driving along the same road at the same time.
They caught his fall at the most embarrassing time, with the image later uploaded to the site.
This means Britons searching for that particular stretch of road to plan their journeys would have encountered his embarrassing mishap.
It is not known whether the youngster was hurt or simply picked his bike back up and continued on his journey.
