The Labour leader gave a rousing speech at the anti-Trump rally during the US President’s state visit. His appearance sparked a debate on the show as to whether the Leader of the Opposition should be protesting against the President of the US. While the panel agreed Mr Corbyn should not have got involved, many audience members labelled it “disgusting” and “ridiculous”.
Piers Morgan said: “He can protest but I’m also entitled to say that protest was embarrassing to this country.”
Audience members were quick to highlight a need for a good relationship with the US as Britain readies itself to leave the EU.
