Coronation Street is airing a special hour-long edition tonight as things are truly set to unravel for Nick Tilsley (played by Ben Price).
The ITV soap usually airs at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on a Friday night, as well as Mondays and Wednesdays.
But tonight the popular northern soap will be sharing 60 minutes of non-stop Nick drama instead due to scheduling changes.
The latest double bill will see Nick have a complete change of heart and decide it’s time to reveal the truth about his shady activities in recent months.
Realising it’s time to come clean about stealing his grandmother Audrey Roberts’ (Sue Nicholls) money, Nick gears himself up for the explosive moment everyone will hear the truth.
Part of the reason for his decision comes from fear girlfriend Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) will split up with him.
The pair have been on rocky ground ever since Nick initially put his plan into action, but does he have a chance to save their relationship?
David Platt (Jack P Shepherd) couldn’t hide the truth any longer and told Audrey what was going on during the Platts’ family holiday last week.
