Royal REBEL: How Palace aides were ‘SCARED of Prince William’

Prince William has now taken his place alongside Kate Middleton as senior royals as they step up their royal duties in support of the Queen. The prince was seen alongside the Duchess of Cambridge with their young family, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, at today’s spectacular Trooping the Colour parade. However when William himself was a youngster, his high-handed behaviour caused Palace aides to be “scared” of him,  according to a royal biographer.

Andrew Morton, in his 2011 book “William and Catherine” delves into the early life of the young prince, which saw the separation of Prince Charles and Princess Diana in 1992 when he was 10.

Mr Morton writes: “William was becoming an assertive youth who knew his own mind and how to impose his will inside the Palace.” 

A former senior royal aide told Mr Morton: “Even when William was aged ten people were scared of him.

“He knew from a very early age that he could have what he wanted.
