Graham (Andrew Scarborough) will return to the Emmerdale village in upcoming episodes after a short stint away and will be left reeling when he comes face-to-face with Andrea (Anna Nightingale).
The newcomer arrived on the ITV soap this week as the wife of Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) and mother to the couple’s daughter, Millie (Willow Bell).
Andrea didn’t make the best first impression with her mother-in-law Kim Tate (Claire King) as the newcomer almost knocked the village villain off her horse during her speedy entrance to the Dales.
As Graham becomes unnerved by Andrea’s presence next week, it becomes clear the pair are hiding a secret connection as the newcomer will beg the shady character not to reveal their secret past.

Viewers will be left wondering how exactly the characters’ lives are entwined and actress Anna Nightingale has recently teased the drama to come for Andrea and Graham.
Speaking of her reaction to Andrea clasping eyes on Graham, Anna explained: “I think she always knew he was around and that he was in the works.
“It’s like when someone suddenly appears in your life that you knew and you know that there could be repercussions but you just sort of hope that nothing is going to come to the surface.”
Teasing more about their secret connection, Anna went on to add: “She’s prepared to meet him, but as we all know, he can be pretty terrifying and there’s nothing like bumping into somebody that you’ve perhaps not seen for a few years to put the wind up you a bit.”
