October 31 is marked as the new Brexit date with Tory leadership candidates explaining whether they believe it will be possible to have the first stage of Brexit sorted in time for this date. Standard Life Aberdeen CEO Martin Gilbert explained that the Tories European election failure has increased a no deal Brexit to the most likely outcome. While speaking on CNBC Mr Gilbert said: “It is higher than it was before, it was 25 percent before and it is now more than 50 percent so say 60 percent.
