Tommy Fury, 20, is on a quest to find love in the new series of the ITV show Love Island 2019, but the boxing hunk has been slammed by Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan, 54, for his lack of culinary skills. During the show last night, the boxer, admitted he can't cook and struggles with basic tasks like making hot drinks. Piers took the opportunity to discuss the Love Island star’s antics on Good Morning Britain, where he dubbed him a “halfwit”. The presenter said: “Have we got the clip with the tea making?
“I love Tyson Fury but honestly this is his half-brother… Halfwit… He literally can't make a cup of tea."
The short clip showed Sherif Lanre, 20, explaining to Tommy how to go about making a cup of tea.
But it appeared Piers’ rant did not stop there after he took aim at social media influencer Molly-Mae, 19, who Tommy is coupled up with on Love Island.
He said: "She does Instagram 'I do social and now I do Instagram'. Her career is: 'I do social'.
“I was in the gym, I was a little gym bunny but now I do social."
Meanwhile, Tommy recently opened up about his dating life which has not always gone to plan, as he spilled on an awkward date.
The Love Island star revealed the date with a previous love interest ended swiftly after she “didn’t say a word”.
