Last year’s edition of Strictly Come Dancing saw Italian professional dancer Giovanni paired up with Steps singer Faye Tozer. The pair did incredibly well throughout the BBC series, often getting top scores on the leaderboards, and made it to the dazzling finale. Yet appearing on This Morning today alongside his co-workers and friends Gorka Marquez and Aljaz Skorjanec, 28-year-old Giovanni revealed he normally has to “Google” his partners when the line-up is announced. The conversation came about when Holly, 37, quizzed the trio on whether they had any idea of who would be taking part in the show this year. Asked if there was anyone else in the mix after the shock announcement Dame Darcey Bussell wouldn’t be returning to the judging panel, the trio were deliberately vague. Yesterday’s edition of the show saw reporter and ex-Love Island star Kem Cetinay spill some secrets from the series, and he revealed the cameras aren’t always rolling.
