Fans of The Big Bang Theory are still recovering from the end of the show after 12 seasons in which the characters received a satisfying ending.

There are no plans for the CBS sitcom to get another spinoff after Young Sheldon, which follows the life of a younger version of Sheldon Cooper (played by Jim Parsons).

However, fans will now be able to follow in the footsteps of their favourite stars in a huge boost to the devoted fanbase.

The original set including the broken lift and the apartments are set to be displayed at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in Hollywood.

Fans will be able to sit in the apartments where all the biggest plans were made and the biggest announcements were made in the show.

Co-creator and executive producer of the show Chuck Lorre said: “For 12 seasons and 279 episodes, the cast and crew of The Big Bang Theory found their home away from home on these sets on Stage 25.

“We’re thrilled that Apartment 4A and other Big Bang locales will remind visitors of all the laughter that took place on our show.”

The “other Big Bang locales” will include the CalTech Physics Lab Cafeteria where Sheldon and best friend Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki) had some of their most famous scenes.
