Coronation Street's Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh) poured her heart out to ex-fiancé Robert Preston (Tristan Gemmill) in tonight’s edition of the ITV soap as the pair decided to give their relationship another try.
However Robert has been hiding a secret fling with Vicky Jefferies (Kerri Quinn) and despite calling things off it looks like he hasn’t heard the last from the rejected Weatherfield resident.
As Robert told Vicky he no longer wanted to be in a relationship, her response hinted that she may not take no for an answer.
Once Robert had revealed his true feelings, Vicky remarked: “I don’t understand I thought things were good.”
Trying to understand what had changed she hit out and said: “Is it another woman is that what it is?”
“Well you better tell me who she is cause I’ll kill her,” she threatened.
Robert kept the truth hidden and explained: “No it’s nothing like that I just need to concentrate on The Bistro.
“I’ve been letting things slip what with spending so much time here with all the travelling it’s a long way to come.”
Vicky wasn’t going to let Robert leave without a fight and offered: “Then we’ll move closer?” but Robert added: “No don’t… I can’t have any distractions I need to focus on my business from now on.”
