European Research Group leader (ERG), Jacob Rees-Mogg, explained that if Boris Johnson became Prime Minister he, and other Tory MPs, would have a good chance at retaining their seats. Mr Rees-Mogg also insisted he would work for Mr Johnson in any capacity and didn’t rule out the possibility of becoming the next Chancellor of the Exchequer.
