Since its move to Netflix, Lucifer has blossomed and most fans believe the show has been enhanced by the move.
It was top of Netflix’s ratings for weeks after season four’s release, until it was knocked off by new drama When They See Us.
The show’s success leads fans to believe the show would go on for many more seasons, but Netflix announced season five will the final one of the series.

One season four relationship leaving questions unanswered was that between Detective Dan (played by Kevin Alejandro) and Ella Lopez (Aimee Garcia).
Now, star Kevin has teased what he wants from the blossoming romance going forward in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
He revealed: "I don't know honestly where they're going to take that. I feel what made that so critical for that season is that you had two lost souls who relied on each other for this amount of time and I think they both guided each other and helped each other come to some sort of realisation about themselves.
