A Place in the Sun host Jean had her work cut out for her this evening as she looked for a property for Essex couple Sarah and Adam.
The pair were looking to move into their first property together and wanted somewhere in a bustling town where they could socialise.
Sarah and Adam also told Jean they wanted a sun terrace or an area where they could relax and soak up the Spanish sun.
Jean managed to find five properties and one really stood out for the pair.
At the end of the episode, Sarah revealed they wanted to place an offer on apartment five, which was on a golf course.
“It was the views,” Adam said when asked what appealed to them most. “It was close to the town and within walking distance.”
