The BBC man is an active social media user and commented on the recent BBC debate which aired on Tuesday night. Tweeting to his followers, the BBC star posted a picture of the candidates during the debate. Accompanying the comment, Dan wrote about Rory Stewart’s body language which has received widespread media attention.
As Dan wrote: “What did you think of the BBC Our Next PM then?
“Interesting to watch Rory Stewart’s head get lower and lower as the show went on.”
Following his tweet, Dan received some remarks which attacked the BBC’s debate programme.
Commenting under his tweet, one user said: “Typical BBC.”

Another user also attacked the programme, saying: “Dreadful format, very badly chaired.
“Should have been one to one grilling.
“This was pointless.”
The attacks came as former Conservative Party leader Iain Duncan Smith accused the BBC of "bias" over the debate.
