The covert device was discovered in a lavatory at Pinewood Studios, Buckinghamshire, where the 25th Bond movie is being made.
A 49-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of voyeurism, police confirmed.
He was still in custody yesterday, Thames Valley Police said.
A Pinewood spokeswoman said: “We take this issue very seriously.
“We have reported the incident to the police and are supporting them with their investigation.”
Prince Charles visited the famous studios in Iver Heath this week and met Bond star Daniel Craig, fellow actor Ralph Fiennes and director Cary Fukunaga.
Charles laughed as Fiennes, who plays British Intelligence chief M, told how they had just been filming a scene where Bond gets a “good dressing down” from his boss.
The movie has been dogged by incident and misfortune since filming began.
