It was recently announced Tom Ellis series Lucifer would be coming to an end with the fifth season.
Fans were devastated unsurprisingly but showrunner Ildy has started to tease details of the next series on her Twitter account to help mourning fans.
The writer for the Netflix series has revealed writing for the next run will begin very soon and there are already big plans, including some rather intimate scenes.
The revelation came as fans begged for details of the final season desperate for more information about the show.
One fan asked: “@Ildymojo when do you guys start writing for s5?”
“We get back in the office at the beginning of July!! #StupidExcited #Lucifer #LuciferSeason5,” Ildy replied.
Another fan went on to probe: “Hey @Ildymojo we really loved #luciferseason4 and Deckerstar was amazing.
“We just missed to see more intimate moments between then, like a sex scene. Is there any chances for this to happen on season 5?”
