TfL warned passengers to expect “severe delays” and “overcrowded” services after what Greater Anglia describes as “major disruption”.

In a tweet, London Overground said: “Severe delays Liverpool Street to Enfield Town, Cheshunt and Chingford due to a faulty track at Bethnal Green. Good service all other routes.”
