Nigel Farage has pledged his party will "take up the mantle" from the Conservative Party if their new leader fails to deliver on Brexit. The vocal eurosceptic has predicted Boris Johnson will become the new Prime Minister but he warned the Brexit Party is ready to take on discussions with the European Union should the new Government's talks result in another fiasco. Asked whether he would be willing to be part of a coalition government, Mr Farage told talkRADIO: "I’d do a deal with the devil to deliver a clean Brexit.
"Over the course of the past two weeks, we have been top of the opinion polls with several companies.
"We are game ready to have over 600 candidates in the field, and if Brexit is not delivered there may be some local deals here and there.
"We will, if the Conservative Party drop the ball on this, they are toast."
A YouGov poll of 1,641 British adults conducted between June 18 and June 19 found 23 percent of respondents would back the Brexit Party in the event of a general election.
