Julia Hartley-Brewer was left stunned after Bernard Jenkins insisted that the radio host stop questioning him on the reputation of Mark Fullbrook, a member of Boris Johsons campaign team. Mr Fullbrook was accused of racism during his backing of London Mayor hopeful Zac Goldsmith against Sadiq Khan and has since been taken in by Boris Johnson in his bid for the Tory leadership. After admitting that he was not expecting the questioning, Mr Jenkin demanded that Mrs Hartley-Brewer “pull back on her line of questioning.”
The TalkRadio host said: “Boris Johnson is apparently hiring Iain Duncan Smith to get his campaign back on track.
“Now rather crucially, Mark Fullbrook we know is the man behind the Zac Goldsmith London Mayoral campaign against Sadiq Khan which many, including me, felt was overtly racist.
“Basically the whole thing was a wink, nudge, nudge, Sadiq Khan is a Muslim, terrorist, you know what they are like notion.
“That was basically the campaign, even Zac Goldsmith disowned the campaign strategy
