The Duchess of Sussex applied to be a model on The Wendy Williams Show but was “turned down”. The host called Meghan a “wild card” after her stint as a Deal or No Deal girl. She revealed the former actress applied for the show before she landed her role on Suits in 2011.
Ms Williams said: “She came here to be on one of our models. We do fashion — things like that.
“This was before she met the man — the redhead — Harry, but Meghan knows Wendy's show, Meghan wanted to work here.”
Meghan had applied for the show between 2009 to 2010.
Ms Williams previously noted Meghan’s appearance in the CW's 90210 reboot on a shower earlier this year.
