The Lincoln County base may be safe though as the event appears to have created as a joke. Fox News reports September 20 at 3am is the time for the “Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All of Us”. However, the details tongue-in-cheek event details say: “If we naruto run, we can move faster than their bullets. Let's see them aliens.”
Naruto is a popular Japanese anime character.
The details go on: “The Rock Throwers will throw pebbles at the inevitable resistance we don't want to hurt them, we just want to annoy.”
Despite the jokey suggestion of the event details over a quarter of a million have signed up with a further 300,000 interested.
The CIA has said the officials' names are Homey Airport and Green Lake, though a Vietnam War document has given it the name Area 51.
