A couple of years ago a set feud between The Rock and other stars of The Fate of the Furious was raging. Dwayne Johnson alluded to a “chicken sh** candy ass” in a social media post during production, which is believed to be referring to Vin Diesel. While in late 2017, Tyrese Gibson slammed The Rock for delaying Fast and Furious 9 by making spin-off Hobbs and Shaw. And since the latter’s release, Gibson hit out again in a now-deleted Instagram post.
The post alluded to Hobbs and Shaw’s lower box office takings compared to the rest of the franchise.
The removed post read: “I have to show my respects for one thing.... He tried........ Folks called me a hater.... Attacked me for speaking out.....Breaking up the family clearly doesn't have the value that one would assume it does.
