Google Maps’ Street View team tracks locations across the world, uploading the images to its website. Some have been deemed the scariest, or creepiest, sites ever - including a sun-scorched field in North Carolina. Yet one particular area left Google Maps users in stitches of giggles, rather than struck with fear. This Street View scene involved an industrial building in Hyderabad, India.
The Google cameras had zoomed in on a site which houses the country’s National Fisheries Board.
Those working in the building, created in 2006, are under the control of the Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, in the Government of India.
They strive to enhance fish production and productivity, by focussing on attention to fisheries and aquaculture.
While most government buildings across the world appear pretty ordinary, serious-looking brick buildings, this is very different.
It is clear those working at the National Fisheries Development Board are that passionate about their role, they want to promote it on the building too.
