#StrictlyComeDancing2019 Judge Motsi: ‘I’m ready to be wowed’

Mabuse, a former judge on German spin-off Let’s Dance, is replacing prima ballerina-turned-judge Darcey Bussell, who left the show last year. “I’m looking forward to being entertained,” said Motsi, whose sister is pro-dancer Oti. “I’m looking forward to what the dancers can produce because there has been so much done [by previous contestants] and to top that is going to be so brilliant. So I’m looking forward to the creativity and who is going to make it through. I want to be wowed.”

She also told the celebrities that the show is a “marathon” and you need “the strength to keep this going until the end”. “You need to keep pushing your boundaries.

The most important thing I think is to give your all and open up. If you don’t do it, you have no chance.”
