Bradley Walsh, 59, was back on hand to host another edition of The Chase this afternoon and attempted to help four budding quiz minds get their hands on the jackpot prize. However, things got flustered between the ITV quiz show presenter and Chaser Mark, 54, leading the former Coronation Street star to cut off The Beast as he tired to offer an explanation to one rather tricky question.

After the first player of the day Alan managed to get the jackpot underway, it was up to successor Kate to try and replicate his success.

Following her cash builder round, it was time for the contestant to face The Beast in an attempt to make it back for the final chase.

In the midst of the questioning, Bradley interrupted proceedings as he wanted to quiz Mark on his knowledge regarding the conversion of Fahrenheit to Celsius temperatures.

As the Chaser tried to give his answer, the host cut him off as he claimed his explanation wasn’t “simple”.

Bradley asked the quiz master: “How do you work it out Beasty in a mathematical equation? If it’s Fahrenheit, how do you the Celsius and vice-versa?”

Mark began: “To go from Fahrenheit to Celsius, you take 32 off and then multiple by five nine. So multiple by five, divide by nine.”

As he tried to continued, the host cut him off as he exclaimed: “Woah, woah, woah. That’s not simple!”

The Chaser hit back as he offered an alternative route: “It is simple and the easy one is to go Centigrade to
