EastEnders stars have a history of putting on their dancing shoes and waltzing on to the Strictly Come Dancing dance floor. Jake Wood, who plays Max Branning, Davood Ghadami, who plays Kush Kazemi and Ruby Allen star Louisa Lytton have all strutted their stuff on the dance floor. The BBC soap has given seen two Strictly winners; Kara Tointon and Jill Halfpenny.
But now, 2009 semi-finalist actress Ali Bastian has revealed she could join the BBC soap in the future.
In an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, Ali was asked if she would be open to joining EastEnders.
“Never say never,” she revealed. “I’ve actually never auditioned for it so I’ve never been in for it.”
Remaining tight-lipped, she added: “So you never know with that, see what happens.”

Ali currently stars as Becky Clarke in Doctors and is known for her previous role as Becca Dean in Hollyoaks.
