This year’s series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! starts on Sunday 17 November with the line-up being kept tightly under wraps. However, Match of the Day host Gary Lineker appeared to let slip one of this year’s contestants live on TV yesterday night.
Ian Wright has been rumoured to be heading into the jungle for a few months now and Gary appeared to confirm his addition to the line-up.
Teasing his Match of the Day co-host, Gary joked about the presenter eating leaves and feeling “buggy”.
Hinting at his appearance on I’m A Celebrity, the presenter quizzed Ian on what he is doing later this month when the show returns.
“Not flying anywhere?” Gary asked as Ian replied: “No, not flying anywhere.”

Later, Gary dropped a hint about BushTucker Trials as he said: “West Ham were awful in that first half. No stars at all.”
Gary also asked: “You alright Ian? I’m not bugging you?”
At the end of the show, he added: “City leave it late, Liverpool leave it later, apparently Wrighty’s off to eat leaves. Get us out of here… goodbye!”
Ian could be seen chuckling throughout the show at Gary’s I’m A Celebrity references - does this mean he’s heading into the jungle soon?
