Ivanka Trump was mocked after her father, US President Donald Trump, thanked her during a New York event for exceeding her goals to help create jobs across the US during his term. The First Daughter pledged to help deliver 500,000 jobs as the co-chair of the National Council for the American Worker but the President claimed Ivanka helped 14m Americans find employment since 2016. The shocking claim sparked widespread ridicule online, with many users targeting Ivanka Trump with strong criticism on Twitter.

One user wrote: "The entire U.S. economy has created fewer than 6mil new jobs since 45 took office.

Another branded the President as "delusional" for his statement: "Really? @IvankaTrump created 14 million new jobs? Are you delusional? Jesus - what a fool you are Donald. Cannot wait for tomorrow's 'must-see TV'. 14 Million created by Ivanka."
Other users cited the latest US employment report showing only six million Americans had found a job since President Trump took office four years ago.
