Neil Jones, 37, and Alex Scott, 35, found themselves in the dance-off with Chris Ramsey, 33, and Karen Hauer, 37, last weekend. The Strictly Come Dancing 2019 pair were eliminated from the competition after head judge Shirley Ballas, 59, voted to save Chris Ramsey.
Following their shock exit, the ballroom professional has taken to Instagram as he revealed “I have so much more I’d like to say.”
In view of his 227,000 followers, Neil posted a lengthy heartfelt message as he praised the former professional footballer and admitted she has made him “smile".
He shared a sweet snap of the dancing duo as he lifted her in his arms with his face nestled into her neck.

“From day one I have taken my time to get to know you @alexscott2 MBE as I really wanted to make sure that you enjoyed every moment. All I can say is that the nation has seen the real you. I’ve said it a million times that you have made me proud and you have made me smile.”
He continued: “Of course I was there to teach you how to dance but you taught me sooooo much more and the biggest lesson I learnt was to always be myself and never change.”(sic)
The Strictly star revealed Alex continuously worked hard and never “complained” before he added the pair should dance together just for “fun and giggles".
“You have warmed the hearts and inspired so many people around the country on a daily basis because you always worked hard and I never heard you complain plus you did all of this with a smile on your face,” Neil explained.
