PROPERTY shows have been a staple of British television for years and, more often than not, they are spearheaded by an insightful and energetic personality or two presenting the show. So, who are the highest-earning property TV personalities of 2019?

Property shows wouldn’t be the same without the property experts that present the shows. Without them at the helm, property shows would be quite different. Imagine “Grand Designs” without Kevin McCloud or “DIY SOS” without Nick Knowles, it just wouldn’t be the same.

Property selling website, Sell House Fast utilised data from influencer resource Influencer Marketing Hub, to discover how much the 10 popular TV property personalities from the UK earn on average from a single sponsored post on their official Instagram profile.

So, which property presenter earns the most?

The results formulated by Sell House Fast, found that the ever witty Nick Knowles earns the most from Instagram, at an astonishingly average of £1,122.00 per post.

Thereafter, Kirstie Allsopp makes £534 per post, while her “Location, Location, Location” co-host, Phil Spencer is beaming significantly less from Instagram at only £94 per post.
