Melania Trump and Ivanka Trump’s relationship is described at “cordial” but “not close” by CNN reporter Kate Bennett in an explosive new book, Free Melania. The First Lady believes the US President’s oldest daughter is “invading her turf” with constant international trips. Ivanka accompanies Donald Trump on many overseas trips as one of his senior advisers.
According to New York Trimes, Ms Bennett wrote: “The trips were, according to a source, too close for comfort for Melania, who thought Ivanka was invading her turf.”
She added the infamous “I really don’t care, do you” jacket was a jab at Ivanka in Texas.
There have been many reports of Melania and Ivanka feuding.
